A few years ago when I started this web-log I provided a daily summary of news that I considered important and was worth seeing to keep abreast of matters in the Senate and the chatter about the 17th Amendment, but didn't rise to a place needing comment. I decided last weekend to start posting it again because we are at a significant crossroad between liberty and freedom and increasing government tyranny; I think few would disagree with this view. So hopefully this type of posting will be helpful to you to keep you up to date on the most powerful governmental body within the US Government and the efforts to rein it back into the structure of federalism the founders intended.

Also if time allows in the day I'll post an AM and PM version.
