Financial columnist Bruce Bartlett has a short post on his web-log (capitalgainsandgames-3 June 2010) highlighting some recent discussion concerning the repeal of the 17th Amendment and some of the naysayers comments as well.
Bartlett wrote an article calling for the repeal on National Review Online (Repeal the 17th Amendment; It’s where big government begins) back in May 2004, which discussed the same call made by Senator Zell Miller on the floor of the US Senate.
