Is Warren Funded by Soros?

I by-passed to the end of the article to this quote:

Warren created the Obama administration's Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and led a panel created by Congress to examine how bank bailout money was being spent.

Comment: She didn't create the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, it was mandated in Dodd-Frank and if she examined where the banker bailout money went, she didn't tell the American public.

Also we know today that MoveOn is trying to co-opt the leftist groups protesting the Federal Reserve, which is funded by George Soros; so can we assume she is funded by George Soros?
