The poll question for today: With the recent court decisions declaring Obama Care unconstitutional, should the US Senate have repealed Obama Care to save the nation the cost of its eventual repeal?
This web-log calls for the repeal of the 17th Amendment and addresses the hegemony committed by the US Senate. The first significant step to remove the domination and unmistakable corruption deriving from the National Government and the restoration of the Federal is to repeal the 17th Amendment. Americans should fear the steady hegemonic growth by the Senate oligarchy because the US Constitution cannot be spoiled by bombs, the courts, or the President, but only through malevolent legislation.

This Obama Care vote shows the parties the US Senate really works for and it’s not the states nor their state citizens, but rather the special interest groups, particularly the insurance companies that wrote the bill and the Democrat Party, which endorsed this as part of their agenda to sustain its power base.

Well, ya. It's always better to repeal bad legislation than to rely on the courts to overturn it.
