State Sovereignty-Introduction

Randall C. Stufflebeam, Chairman of Constitution Party of Illinois, has published a very good four part beginner's guide explaining the constitutional issues regarding state sovereignty. Mr. Stufflebeam’s judgment centers on the repeal of the 16th and 17th Amendments, which are critical to the restoration of state sovereignty.
