HT: Jim Fedako, Anti-Positivist
This is a four part video of Judge Andrew Napolitano speaking before the Future of Freedom Foundation concerning civil liberties during war-time. Being a great fan of the Judge I was eager to watch it immediately when I came across it at the weblog Anti-Positivist. Moreover, after watching it I was more alarmed about our eroding freedoms than ever.
Judge Napolitano’s comments are very blunt regarding the violations various Congresses and Presidents have committed, but with greater emphasis placed upon the Congresses post 9/11 and the Bush Administration.
